No 2. The Rulebook of Emotional Hospitality
If travel is becoming about who we become, then hospitality must answer a deeper question:
How do people feel while theyโre becoming?
This is where many conversations still fall short.
We talk about design.
We talk about service.
We talk about experience.
But we rarely talk about the ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ ๐ข๐ณ๐ค๐ฉ๐ช๐ต๐ฆ๐ค๐ต๐ถ๐ณ๐ฆ holding it all together.
Yet this is what guests remember most:
โข how safe they felt
โข how seen they felt
โข how calm, grounded, or open they became in a space
That emotional layer isnโt accidental.
It's by design, whether intentionally or not.
And as the industry moves forward, I believe this becomes non-negotiable:
That belief led me to the second Rulebook.
โ This is the next in a series of ๐ฅ๐๐น๐ฒ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ Iโm developing around the emotional future of hospitality, identity, and place.
While the first Rulebook focused on identity-driven travel, this one focuses on what happens
โ how presence becomes service
โ why belonging replaces performance
โ why stillness is no longer a luxury, but a strategy
โ and why intention matters more than impact claims
These principles arenโt trends.
Theyโre foundations.
Theyโre meant to gather hoteliers, designers, founders, and creators who feel that something deeper is required, but havenโt always had the 'language' for it.
Because the future of hospitality wonโt be defined by what we add, but by what we make people ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐น ๐๐ฎ๐ณ๐ฒ ๐ฒ๐ป๐ผ๐๐ด๐ต ๐๐ผ ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ.
